Reinier Boogers graduated civil law in 2009 at the University of Utrecht. After his studie, he worked at CMS in Utrecht, where he was an Employment Law lawyer. After that, he worked at several specialized employment law offices. Since January 2018 Reinier has been working at Van Poppel Croonen Advocaten.
Reinier advises both companies and individuals on various employment law issues, such as individual and collective dismissal law, employment conditions, outsourcing and employee participation. He is also involved in contract law.
Reinier is a bold and enthusiastic lawyer. His clients appreciate his pragmatic approach. He often acts as a sparring partner and thinks along with practical solutions. Reinier invests in a sustainable relationship with its clients. As a result, he knows his clients well, which is useful in advising.
In his free time, Reinier enjoys cycling, running, traveling and reading.
Reinier is a member of the "vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Midden-Nederland" (VAAMN). Pursuant to Article 35b, first paragraph, of the Legal Profession Regulations, he is registered in the labor law register of the Dutch Bar Association. This registration requires Reinier to obtain ten training points per year.
